I've never been the type to use products to assist in exercise but during the winter sluggish months this really gives me a boost and motivates me to work out. (Also a better option versus the calories in coffee!) I'd recommend only using them right in the morning or when you wake up (& only on days which you will exercise) with breakfast and a lot of water throughout the day. (I average around 100oz). Within the first week or so I found that I had lost 5lbs. I have a small frame but am using this for a more defined look and it doesn't make me jittery as long as I follow the correct regimen. Would recommend to anyone looking for an extra boost to get themselves working out before bikini season. :)

This product is nothing special and definately isn't worth the price. It's supposed to suppress your appetite, but it makes you hungrier. It also doesn't provide the energy it promises. It definately doesn't burn any fat either, if you only take 2 a day. It says the most you should take is 4 and that will work really well, but then you're only getting like 2 weeks worth of pills, which means you'll have to spend more money.
The only plus I see is that it helps you stay healthy and not get sick, espeically in cold season.

I was pleasantly surprised when I received The Fitness Challenge. The quality of the pieces far exceeded my expectations. The game came with a really nice scorecard and super strong magnets to hang it on a fridge (or hanging tabs for a wall or corkboard) The rules are very well written - catchy - and easy to understand. You start the game by signing a contract to signify your commitment to exercise for 8-weeks. There are two decks of wager cards that give fun ideas for all kinds of things to bet for. The wager cards are divided into different categories and can be played by couples, kids, relatives, co-workers and friends. They attach to the scorecard with well-made plastic clips. The game also comes with static cling "star points" that allow you to track your workouts. The nice thing is that the entire game is re-useable. The list of exercise choices includes just about any kind of activity you can think of, and the game specifies you how long you have to do each activity, depending on your fitness level. I really felt like having everything you need in the box takes all of the guesswork out of starting and completing an exercise program.
