One of the top proteins. Only 110 Calories yet 40+grams of protein(depending on how many scoops you use) Doesn't fill you up like other proteins and isn't bad tasting with cold water or skim milk;unless it's cookies & cream. Worst flavor on the shelf had to give it away, so stick to chocolate or Vanilla(add bananas).
All said and done; good product for the price.

MASS-TECH, 5lbs Review

It's hard to swallow "figuritevely" but 5 scoops in one serving with 22 oz of water seems harsh.However I am taking 2 scoops before working out and 3 scoops after and it seems to work.Take on an empty stomach otherwise you'll get the runs.I'm stacking this with Leaukic (pills) for recovery and have already seen instant results.It's a high calorie intake so if your starting off probably not for you, but for those who want to put on size and are used to the whole "protein" ritual:Go for it.I just ordered Cell tech from Amazon so we'll see how it goes.But out of the nitro tech/mass tech family, i've done both and mass tech puts on the on the pounds.

Of the protein bars i have tried on my atkins/diabetic diet, this 'peanut butter delight' and 'peanut butter chocolate chip' by Nitro Tech are the best tasting and most affordable (via GNC) bars availiable.

Filling enough to replace breakfast and does not significantly affect my blood sugar.
