This product tastes horrible, but it is by far the most effective thermogenic-based fat burning aid that I have found that is also still legal.I would recommend this product to anyone that is seriously dedicated to increasing their caloric burn and shredding fat.I would recommend only starting out with 1cc to evaluate your tolerance and effective level.Once you determine an effective dose, do not go over it until it is no longer effective, but never over 5cc.I highly recommend that you follow ALL warnings and do NOT go over 5cc in a single dose or 10cc in one day.My girlfriend only needs 1cc to 2cc to be highly effective, and I normally use 3cc to 5cc, but have never built up a tolerance that would require more than that, and I have used Clenbutrx periodically for 3 to 4 years, even back when original formula was in circulation.

Despite the horrible taste, I have always been very pleased with the results when I periodically cycle in Clenbutrx with weight training and reasonable eating habits.Just force your way through that awful taste, suck it down, and get ready to crank up the fat burning process!

Dren Review

I can't attest to this product eliciting a "state of heightened mental euphoria" but I have noticed more endurance in my kickboxing classes and an extra rep or two during my weightlifting.I'm roughly two weeks into my cycle and have noticed increased vascularity and more noticable definition in my abdominal/core area.I take it about one hour pre-workout with a 200-250 calorie snack that has a 1:4 protein to carb ratio and always follow up with an isolated whey protein shake.It is also important to note that I am a health-conscious eater and my beverage of choice 99% of the time is a chilled glass of water.

At first I was taking the recommended dosage of 1 capsule with no noticable effect.I started taking 2 capsules and really noticed the effects.However, I only take 1 capsule on my cardio days since my heart rate went through the roof when I took 2 (100% max heart rate which for me is 200bpm).Forty-five minutes prior to a run I took 2 capsules with a light snack and after 2.5 miles my heart was beating out of my chest and I felt like throwing up.With 1 capsule I am sweating much more in my kickboxing class and have enough energy to maintain the same level of intensity through the entire 1 hour class - some days I'll run a mile on the treadmill afterwards because of the extra energy.

The first 3 days of double-dosing I had some slight headaches which lasted maybe 15-20 minutes and I had to go #2 roughly 45 minutes after taking it (not diarrhea, but noticably looser) However, I had no GI problems and felt no crashes or side-effects other than the mild headaches.

I am not recommending that anyone take more than the recommended dose. I myself tried the recommended dosage first for 3 days before doubling it.
For comparison: I am male, in my late 20's, 183 lbs, above average fitness, and 11% body fat (measured 3 weeks ago - probably closer to 10% now since my abs are more visible)

This product works as long as it's a supplement to healthy eating and regular exercise.Good luck!

Update: As of July 27, 2008 I am currently just under 9% body fat.This product gives me incredible energy, but I also cut out most primary carbs and my snacks have been replaced with a zero-carb shake that contains 40g of isolated whey protein.It's hard to determine which has had greater impact.I am currently off my cycle so I will see if my fat loss continues without taking this product.
