I've been using this product for two months and love it!It really works to help suppress your cravings and best of all it helps your digestive system. I am now regular and have lost weight,too.Myclothes are starting to fit better already!I drink a shake in the morning, eat some fruit and green tea midmorning, drink shake at lunch time, eat fresh veggies and hummus in the afternoon and have a healthy dinner (protein,veggies and rice or potatoes).I don't fell deprived.Note: you do have to drink a lot of water after each shake.You will live in the bathroom!The good news is that you feel a lot lessbloated while losing weight!I do workout three times a week.
