Walking And Weight Loss: Organic Master Cleanser Kit (3-5 day cleanse) Review

The kit is complete and I would say that even though it says its for 3-5 days, mine lasted me all 10 days and beyond because I adjusted the amount of maple syrup to 1/2 tblspoon per serving. If you are from the low carb school of thought I recommend doing that along with adding servings of clean, unprocessed white protein like egg whites and boiled chicken to avoid muscle atrophy. The books author is a bit of a quack as far as his knowledge of human anatomy and physiology but I will admit that he is onto something with this cleanse.

As a CLEANSE this is awesome! I have more energy, better sleep habits, reduced allergies and eliminated my coffee and soda addictions. As a DIET for weight loss, don't waste your money. If you have a problem with over eating then chances are you won't be able to complete the program and if you do any weight lost won't stay off. However, if you can work it in gradually you might be able to reduce some cravings and your caloric intake and start to improve you diet that way.

I don't discourage anyone from trying it simply because I feel like a million bucks compared to how I felt before and certainly feel cleansed.
