I ordered this product mainly to ionize my water and make the pH more alkaline.I can't speak to the ionizing part but after measuring several times with sensitive pH strips I found no meaningful difference in pH.The Seller was flexible in allowing me to return the product and made good faith efforts to help achieve the desired results.It would be helpful if he posted independent test results that show that this product actually does work to raise pH -- at present, he can only refer to the claims of the manufacturer.Given the cost, it should work as advertised.Perhaps there is some special circumstance that prevents it from working for me.
