I purchased this product from amazon about a week ago.After reading about this product I was really looking forward to trying it.I took several capsules today and noticed a strange mint or eucaluptus smell that lasted for a while.I normally get ravenous when i get home from work, so i took a couple capsules an hour before getting home. Unfortunately this had no effect on my appetite whatsoever.I still felt like snacking before dinner, and I also felt abnormally agitated - as if i had low blood sugar.Unfortunately I paid for two bottles of this stuff - very dissapointing.

I have looked at a lot of different diet pills and it seems like the reviews are mostly made up. I am a regular guy and recently noticed that I had put on some weight. When I was younger I could eat anything I wanted and never gain weight. Now that I am 32 years old the weight does not just fall off of me anymore. I weighed 236 pounds when I decided to try something to help me lose some weight and speed up my metabolism. I was reluctant at first to try this type of product because you never know what you are going to get, but after trying it I actually could feel it curbing my appetite. I have lost 6 pounds in the first week and a half since I have been taking Avesil and it has reduced my appetite a lot. I do feel a little jittery for the first hour or so after taking this but is goes away and I feel ready to go. I have been going to the gym three times a week and eating smaller portions due to not being as hungry. I would recommend Avesil because I can see it working. It might not work for everyone but it does work for me. My goal is to get down to 185 like I was in my 20's. To those who read this I wish you all the best in hitting your own goals.

NOW Foods Tru Hoodia Review

I have tried several other products and surprisingly this was the best. I reallydon't feel the desire to eat very much at meals while I am taking this product. I might become famished after waiting to eat lunch until 2:00 (no breakfast) but when I start to eat I quickly fill up. By 7:00 I still am not hungry if I take another capsule. I felt this was 100% better then Desert Burn, which is much more expensive. One capsule, twice a day so far is enough for me. I am very excited about it. I have only lost 2 pounds, but it has only been 3 days. This is the FIRST product I have really found that has not made me feel sick, jittery or just plain did nothing.

Update: A couple of months later the affects wore off. I think it may have been the caffine (natural) that worked for so well, but I eventually became immune. Oh well.
