An excellent source of vegan protein - great for smoothies. I've only tried the 'natural' flavor so maybe I'll try vanilla next. I wouldn't say it's necessarily 'delicious' but it works wonderfully in a fruit smoothie. I was hoping it would be creamy enough so that I could skip having to add almond or hemp milk but no can do. It has a subtle brown rice flavor. I'm a convert - 16 grams of protein per serving - that's right.

EnviroKidz Organic Crispy Rice Bar, Chocolate 6 ea Review

These bars have a lovely chocolate flavor, but it isn't intense.There are no chunks or chips or chocolate, but rather just the entire bar is chocolate flavored.

The organic and gluten-free ingredients are pleasing to me, and I feel they are of high quality.

There is no high fructose corn syrup, thank goodness, in these bars.They do contain invert cane juice, which is 1/2 fructose.So, if you have an intolerance to fructose, keep this in mind.

These bars remind me of Rice Krispie Treats, though not quite as dense or sticky.They can be messy for small children, but what kid doesn't like messy food?They stay very soft and fresh in their individual wrappers, too.

I'd highly recommend this snack for adults or kids with gluten-free diets, or those looking for a yummy and sweet organic snack!

Guar Gum blows my mind! I can use it for so many different things! I can use it to thicken my stir fry sauce, make salad dressing, gluten-free bread...so many uses! Beware when using it however, you only need a small amount to thicken things, which is great because a little goes a long way! Plus, it's actually healthy whereas xanthum gum and corn starch come from corn, which is too overused in our diets! Guar gum on the other hand is a dietary fiber that you can drink like metamucil it seems. Anyway, can't say enough good things.

I felt I had to stick up for this product after reading the last review.For those of us with Celiac Disease, these bars are a God-send! (the bars are all gluten-free).Not only are they delicious (which can be hard to find with GF food), but we don't have to try to read through multiple ingredients to determine whether they are safe for us to eat.Another perk to this product is that it is safe for diabetics to eat and is low in sugar.
Sure, I would like it if it had more fiber and a little less calories, but seems to be harder to get fiber when you're staying gluten-free and it's super-high in protein and keeps you full for longer.I really like this flavor in particular, and would encourage anyone to try it.Check it out on their website for more information.www.thinkproducts.com

I was in the hospital and had my gallbladder removed.I was told to avoid fat so I decided to try these bars two days afterward.They have almond butter but everything is very smooth and there are no visible pieces of nuts.
