Guar Gum blows my mind! I can use it for so many different things! I can use it to thicken my stir fry sauce, make salad dressing, gluten-free bread...so many uses! Beware when using it however, you only need a small amount to thicken things, which is great because a little goes a long way! Plus, it's actually healthy whereas xanthum gum and corn starch come from corn, which is too overused in our diets!
