I ordered this from Dr. Siegals' website about a month ago.The first time I tried the cookies, I ordered the chocolate, I didn't like them at all. They were like eating a tasteless sponge. But since I ordered two boxes at $59 per box.I was willing to try it out.I actually got to really enjoy the cookies.I also liked that it helped me to drink more water.I am one of those people who do not like to drink water, but with these cookies I actually started to crave water.The cookies really do fill you up.My teenage son, who is not overweight, tried a cookie and he too was amazed how they fill you up. This diet is not for everyone.It works well if you have 10 to 15 pounds to lose.For me it was easy to follow.I didn't feel hungry or deprived. The cookies come in a large box with seven pouches of cookies, one pouch per day.I would just grab a pouch and take it with me to work with my water bottle and I was set until dinner.

I was reluctant to buy the hype, but a couple other guys I work with were on the diet.I figured, "what the heck, it is cheaper than I spend on lunch each week."These are not Oreos by any means, but they do what they claim, I am 15 lbs lighter, down from 270 to 255 just following the plan.I get hungry, I eat a cookie, about every 2-2.5 hours.I eat a 12oz of meat each evening just like the plan calls for.Not the tastiest way to lose weight, but it works.I got overweight by eating nothing but tasty food, this is my penance.
