Tonalin 1000 CLA Review

I've been taking tonalin CLA since March and I have lost 10 lbs. Seriously. I went from 179 to 169, so far. I take this along with chromium and green tea extract twice a day. I haven't changed my exercise routine, though I do exercise almost every day. I also watch my calorie intake, but I was doing that beforehand also. I would think that this would work best for someone without a lot of muscle mass and who is obese/overweight but is exercising with a routine that includes muscle toning, not just aerobics. I do believe that CLA helped break me out of my weight plateau and I will keep using it.

I started taking this brand of CLA in July of 2008.I had had a son in November of 2007 and was still struggling to lose the last 15 lb's of baby-weight that I had gained.I didn't take the recommended dose because I knew I didn't have too much weight to lose, I took 2 softgels before lunch (typically my largest meal of the day) and then one before dinner.I noticed, probably, in about two-three weeks that my pants were fitting more loose.I took it for about 3 months.I think I was on it a little too long because I did get too skinny.I just ordered another bottle and will probably only take one softgel before lunch and dinner and will be a lot more careful as to not lose as much as I did the last time.Since then I had kept most of the weight off, but now that I am a stay-at-home mom to a 2-year-old, I have noticed my jeans are starting to get a little tight (it's hard to be active in the winter) so I have started up a good exercise and diet plan and will throw in the Now brand CLA.I know it won't be long until I get back to where I want to be.Bottom line: If you take the CLA consistently/faithfully, watch what you eat, and exercise, it won't be long until you start to see the pounds melt away.

PrimaFORCE Max CLA Review

This is a good product however you need to take into account you will need to take 5 per day to get about the 3400 mg of CLA that most case studies on the effectiveness of CLA are based on. This is due to the product only having 700mg of CLA the 1000mg in large print on the bottle is slightly deceiving but alot of companies which offer CLA supplements do the exact same thing.The capsules are big and you do get that feeling like they are stuck in the back of your throat especially since you need to take two with breakfast two with lunch and one with dinner if you are looking to get at least the 3400mg. This is not horrible enough that I am going to toss the bottle but enough that I am going to try an alternative CLA supplement after this bottle is done somthing in a liquid form maybe. But please do take into account I am not a huge fan of taking anything in pill form. I take the centrum chewables for adults :) So the size of the pill could just be my adversity to taking any pill in the first place.
