Lean DreamsYup, I definitely agree - it totally helps me sleep.I get to sleep fast and have a glorious, uninterrupted sleep.I remember nothing upon waking which is awesome because I tend to have bad dreams :(Not sure about the weight loss part but the sleep part is awesome!HIGHLY RECOMMEND
