The flavor is really fruity, which I find pleasing, and it keeps me feeling full for about 3 hours.It is packed full of nutrients that aren't found in other protein shakes (e.g. bee pollen, spirulina, barley, green tea, seaweed, fruit, veggies, oat bran, apple pectin, etc.) I've been drinking Spiru-tein and Fruiteinshakes for several months now and I have come to crave them in the morning.
