Muscletech Cell Tech Pro Series Fruit Punch Review

I bought this and was wondering what the difference is between this and regular CellTech Hardcore.All I know is that I took it on Monday and I was stronger on Wednesday.I felt less aches after a workout and I had more energy during my workouts.Plus during the work week I was less tired by my Thursday workout.Now mind you the only thing I noticed that was different was the speed it started to work.CellTech Hardcore did the same thing but it took about a week for me to have this effect. Also I NEVER do the loading phase and I only use CellTech Pro series after workouts.On off days I do not use this product.It's just the way I use supplements.I workout Monday through Thursday and take Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays off.Flavors...well I like orange the best but they are all good.Flavor is the last thing I worry about.All I care about is performance.Whatever keeps me going in the gym to maintain my workouts is fine in my book.All the mumbo jumbo of how it works and everything is just that.I understand it but still....How is it different than regular CellTech Hardcore?I still can't figure it out.I even compared the two side by side.Maybe someone can help me answer that.Maybe I missed something.If you workout hard and heavy, this is a great addition to your supplements. Being only 5'7" and repping 315lbs can sometimes put a strain on me.This helps to ease the stress in a hurry.I'm not a young buck anymore....LOL.

COLONIX FIBER intestinal colon cleanse Review

If you're looking to clean out waste products that have accumulated in your body over the years and improve your overall health, Colonix is a good start. It will keep you regular and help eliminate those harmful toxins that fester inside your intestines. However, you need to be sure to take lots of water afterward for it to work effectively, else you could become bloated or constipated. I've experienced much better health as of late since I began taking Colonix and having changed my diet. Of course, while this can help remedy some of your past and recurring diet mistakes, nothing is a sufficient alternative to eating healthy, real foods.

I have not taken Paranil or tried the Kleritea that are meant to accompany the fiber powder, but I have heard good things about them from others who have.

Footnote: Colonix is vegetarian-friendly and contains no sugar, thereby making it very compatible with a diverse range of potential users. Also, it may be difficult to stomach this if taken with water and seems it was never meant to be, so I would recommend to most users that they use it with their favorite juice(s).

I think the taste is very good.These bars a bigger than most and quite dense.They're basically like large, rectangular, dense cookies.For me, they are great for traveling because it truly is a meal replacement (and since there's no bogus "chocolate" covering, there's no melting).There are a few different flavors.So far, S'mores is my favorite flavor.They have this note on the wrapper that says "For Oven-Fresh taste: remove wrapper and microwave for 10 seconds" which I thought sounded pretty hokey but I tried and it's actually pretty tasty.It really does taste like a warm cookie. I recommend trying it.

I'm on a low-carb diet and use this for at least one meal.It fills me up very well.I use a blender with some Splenda to sweeten it up and it's pretty good, especially with a straw, to make me feel special.Sometimes I add a little unsweetened yogurt to give it a tang and extra creaminess and that makes it even better.
