Nutrition 53 Lean 1 Strawberry, 1.7-pound Tub Review

I bought this stuff because it was on gold box and i'm a sucker for what appears to be a decent deal while trying to lose weight.The real problem with this stuff is that it doesn't suppress your appetite in any way that is useful.It reduces your appetite the equivalent of drinking the same 10oz of water. So as soon as you drink it 30 minutes later you're hungry again.

The Taste is a 3/5. Not good, not bad.

It seems to mix reasonably well, but not great.

Nutrition 53 Lean 1 Vanilla, 1.7lb, 1 Tub Review

I read about this product in many fitness magazines, stating that It really works and that it tastes very good. As soon as it arrived I could not wait to try it. The taste was ok, better than other protein shakes but still had a little after taste. The shake tasted better with some ice blended in with the mixture, that way it was very cold. The product did help with hunger control which I was very impressed.(I would drink the shake along with some fresh fruit on the side) I would purchase again, but this time I will purchase the chocolate flavor over the vanilla. Maybe the chocolate flavor will be more delicious!
