HOLY COW, THAT'S 180 MG OF CAFFEINE!

For comparison, a can of Mt. Dew has 55mg.You just swallowed 3.27 cans of Mt. Dew in one gulp!Or an 8.2oz Red Bull which has 80mg... you just chugged 2.25 cans of Red Bull!

So if you want a CLA supplement, this will work, just be aware of what else you're getting in the bargain.The amount of guarana in this puppy isn't just a "touch" of pep, it's a freaking pep-sledgehammer.

Of course, if you drink 2 or more cups of coffee per day, then you probably won't even notice the caffeine in this product.;)

Tight - Ephedrine Free Review

I've never been the type to use products to assist in exercise but during the winter sluggish months this really gives me a boost and motivates me to work out. (Also a better option versus the calories in coffee!)
