Let me tell you why I chose to add celluloss to my herbalife diet. I have suffered from pitting edema in my legs for around 5 years now. I have been to 3 different doctors, and I have been given prescriptions to get rid of extra fluid, and yes those medicines work on making me go to the bathroom non stop and getting the fluid out of my legs, but I do not like taking prescription medicine if I can avoid it. In about a weeks time I got rid of all the excess fluid in my legs and the weight started coming off as well, which was a bonus. I also noticed my stomach was appearing smaller as well.

I highly recommend this product. I take it with the shakes, cell activator, Total Control ( another one that I LOVE ) and the multi vitamin. You cannot go wrong with this product when added to the Herbalife plan.
