I used this dietary supplement after the birth of my son, I gained SO much weight...70 pounds! My skin needed a lot of help at the time, I took these and saw a really good improvement after about a month of taking them, I think that it really did help compared to not taking them at all, I lost 40 pounds in 5 weeks and then another 10 as time progressed, never lost the last 20 as I am now pregnant again! My skin tightened up A LOT. I also used Mustela post partum body restructuring gel along with these pills. I plan on taking these again for 3 months after my daughter is born and yes I did breastfeed my son soley while taking these supplements until he was 10 months old, I feel they were completely safe. This is a strawberry drink mix that gives about 6 grams of fiber in a serving.You are supposed to start out at lower doses, and work up to the full amount so that you can get used to the high fiber.The good thing about the product is that it doesn't taste all that bad, and its a great source of fiber.The mix doesn't dissolve in water 100%, but it does a pretty good job as far as a fiber supplement goes. Your finished drink will be only slightly grainy, but its not hard to get used to that.

My biggest complaint:there are only about 14 servings in the whole jar...and its a pretty big jar!You have to mix 2 large scoops in a glass of water to get the full serving, and it goes pretty quick.For only 2 weeks of use, its too expensive for me to buy again, but if money wasn't an issue I'd use it every day!
