It definately doesn't burn any fat either, if you only take 2 a day. It says the most you should take is 4 and that will work really well, but then you're only getting like 2 weeks worth of pills, which means you'll have to spend more money.
The only plus I see is that it helps you stay healthy and not get sick, espeically in cold season.
