I ordered this product hoping to get relief from severe PMS and PMDD. After the birth of my third child my PMS started to get very bad.
I just started taking this product this month and the severity of my PMS symptoms (unbearable tension, depression, irritability, fatigue, weepiness) were already dramatically reduced.
I did experience fatigue the first few days on the product but it balanced out after a couple of days into a genuine feeling of peace and tranquility and overall well-being.I am also taking GNC's Ultra PMS Formula in conjunction with this and it seems to be working really well together.I am so happy to have found a natural alternative to Pharmaceutical drugs.

an extra push.I didn't see it as a helpful dietary supplement.I was mostly hyper all day, with no weight loss.

Earlier this month, I was preparing to move and I needed more energy, I took two blue Zantrex-3 pills and I was up for at least 24 hours.But when I came down, I basically crashed.

These pills do not work. I tried these pills for the course of the two bottles. After a week I began to realize that the pills were not even disolving and passed through whole. They don't dissolve fast enough to possibly get the medicine/supplement into your system. Instructions say to drink a lot of water with the pill and the water is the only thing keeping you from over eating cause your stomach is full of water. This product is a waste of time and money. I wasn't looking for a miracle. I did hope that it would be helpful to boost my fat loss.
