this is probably my fourteenth month taking these vitamins. my doctor prescribed me six a day for my whole pregnancy and for the whole time that i will be breastfeeding. they have some ginger in them so they kind of help with nausea. during my whole pregnancy and afterwards i have had absolutely nothing wrong with me or my baby. i stopped taking six a day for a couple months after i gave birth and only took one or two or sometimes none a day. my hair started falling out, like most womens do after they are pregnant, but as soon as i started taking 4 to 6 a day again everything went back to normal and my baby and i are even healthier because of the vitamins as well as exercise and a good diet. i probably am going to take these even after i am done breastfeeding. awesome vitamins!!Click Here to see more reviews about: Eclectic Institute Inc Vita Natal
