I've tried 'em all.
Hydroxycut.
Lipo 6.
Hot Roxx.
Green Tea.
Acai Berry.
Lipodrene.
ETC,ETC,ETC.........

Ever since the govt. banned ephedra us dieters have had a heck of a time finding a decent fat burner.
Most of them made up for the lack of ephedrea with increased caffeine.
Most of them kept me up all night and messed up my sleeping patterns.
Not good.
As you know, if you don't sleep, you don't lose weight.
Sort of defeats the purpose of taking a fat burner.
Anyway.......
Man Sports seems to be one of the "new" supplements out there.
Just how does it stack up against a sea of similar products?

Well.....it's not ephedra.
So it's not going to obliterate the blubber like the old ephedra products.
I've been on it for three weeks now and have dropped a total of 15LBS.
That's five pounds a week. Hmmm, not too shabby.
I consider three inches off my waist a success.
But I've also been doing weights three times a week and cardio six days a week.
Scorch has Green Tea, Oolong Tea and something called Rhasberry Keytones.
Don't ask me what all that stuff is, I don't know.
Here's what I like about Scorch.
It makes you hot, as in sweaty.
Take this an hour before your morning workout and you'll be dripping sweat in no time.
That's really it.
It seems to work and isn't too expensive.
And unlike a lot of other fat burners it hasn't interfered with my sleep.
People who have taken Hydroxycut will tell you that it makes you very shakey and very restless.
Scorch doesn't do that to me.
I take one serving in the morning and the second serving two hours later.
The bottle says to space the dosages out by four hours.
I can't take it four hours later or the caffeine DOES interfere with my sleep.
Like all fat burners, don't be a moron.
DO NOT exceed the recommended dosage.
DO NOT combine this with other forms of caffeine.
DO NOT take this is you suffer from anxiety or are taking MAOI inhibitors.
Use it smartly and it will work.
Yes my fellow slackers you still have to watch your calories and yes, you have to work out.
A miracle pill it isn't.
You can't eat fast food three times a day and think this pill will work.
Scorch has worked for me so I'll go a head and recommend it if you're looking to dump some lard.
I still have about twenty LBS to go, but at least now I can tie my shoes without sucking in my gut and holding my breath.

REVIEW UPDATE 02-23-10

I just bought another bottle of Scorch and.......
I'm done taking stims.
Just done.
I don't know if they changed the formula but I only took two capsules and I had a very bad reaction to Scorch.
I can't imagine what was added but I was extremely dizzy, sick,chest was very tight.
I must have used version 2 originally.
Version 3 is the new one and it must have different ingredients.
From now on it's eating clean and working out.
I'm done taking risks with my health just for an extra Lb a week.
Scorch is no longer recommended.

Lipo-6X Review

I lost 25 pounds in two months using LIPO in conjunction with a semi-decent diet (ice cream is the devil) and exercising three times a week. But....I did not cycle off. I ended up getting prostatitis because I used it longer than was recommended. A coworker had the same problem after taking it for 3 months straight. Again, it works great, just be sure to cycle off of it.

HoMedics SC-505 Body Fat Analyzer And Scale Review

I have been carefully monitoring my weight loss regimen with this scale. It has been frustrating because the scale seems to 'remember' the last weight (from the day before) and shows that instead of weighing me again. To thwart this, I grab a few books and weigh myself -- apparently this throws off the memory, because the next time I hop on the weight seems reasonable with my expectations.

If someone could please explain to me why this scale is so weird and how I can program it to merely weigh the person who steps on it, then I would be truly appreciative.

Twinlab Fuel, Capsules - 200 ea Review

Product definately works.After a year of consistent exercise, I couldn't lose any weight.I've lost five pounds in the two weeks since I started taking Ripped Fuel and can see definate improvement in muscle definition, especially in my abs.I take two in the morning, two at lunch and none at dinner, since I don't want to risk losing sleep.This gave me jitters in the first few days but has since disappeared.My heartrate has not increased since taking this supplement.I also have not felt nauseous, dizzy, have blurred vision or any of the other side effects other reviewers have reported.

However, I think you definately need to work out regularly for this to work.I hit the gym for 1.5 - 2 hours after work, five days a week.I have not changed my diet.I suspect if you improve your dietary choices (i.e., less fatty foods, more protein, etc.), you could lose more weight.I am thoroughly satisfied with the results I have seen thus far.

Two (or so) months later:I lost a total of 15 lbs on Ripped Fuel.I am at my target weight so will stop using .If I gain the weight back, I'll definately be buying another bottle.Great product.

I got a free smaple of slim quick mixed berry drick sachet along with a bottle of slimquick pills that I had purchased.

I mixed this into my 32 oz.water bottle and immediately tasted it. It was very bitter tasting and did not taste anything like berries.I drank the whole water bottle anyway, since I wanted to give this product a fair review.

After drinking it, I did notice a slight energy boost about 30 minutes after drinking. This boost lasted for about 2 hours, probably from the caffine, which was listed as an ingredient. I would not recommend this before bedtime for the obvious reason.
