I've listened to the amazing advertisements on the local radio, one guy lost over 100 pounds, but this stuff doesn't do much of anything.It does contain caffiene, it just says no ADDED caffiene...It has green tea.My appetite hasn't went away, and I haven't lost any weight.What's worse is I lost my receipt and cannot get the promised 30 refund.It's not worth the investment.I am going to get up on the treadmill and do things the old-fashioned way...eat less, exercise more, which will get me the weight loss that I need, not this pill.

All of the Spiru-Tein protein shakes are great source of energy and protein. The chocolate flavor is very good tasting, easy to blend and smooth to drink. These shakes are a excellent source of essential vitamins and minerals. The shakes offer me an energy boast that lasts for hours. I also use the shake mixed with skim milk to make a meal substitute for weight control. However, I would recommend that you shop around a little for a better price than Amazon.com sellers are offering.

First, I purchased Tonalin - CLA 1000 mg from Amazon.As usual, great, fast service from Amazon.(I'm a Prime customer & ordered these yesterday, received today.)

Now onto the product itself...

I've been buying Peak Nutrition 1000 mg soft gels for about 10 years.Unfortunately, it appears that company has gone under.So I purchased these thinking each soft gel was 1000 mg, since it states 1000 mg on the front label.There is currently no photo or detailed info of the back label in the product description and nothing that states you need to take THREE soft gels to get the 1000 mg.The only thing it says is "3 Softgels daily with meals, or as recommended by your health care professional."I buy a LOT of supplements & all the ones currently in my cabinet (CO-Q-10, L-Glutamine, ginkgo biloba, acetyl L-carnitine, malatonin, echinachea, evening primrose oil, iron, to name some) all say that one tablet/gel/capsule is all that's required to get the measurement indicated on the front of the label.I know some supplements will use misleading labeling by saying 3mg on the front label & the back will say you have to take two tablets to get that amount.But IME, the reputable companies do not do this.The amount indicated on the front label SHOULD BE the amount in each pill.I will not be buying this brand again.

I did this cleanse and it did not work. I would suggest that you don't waste your money. I didnt do any research on it before I purchased it which was my first mistake. I did exactly as the bottle instructed which was that if you were going to eat then I needed to eat fruits, veggies and simple grains. I opted to eat only Fruits and Veggies. I did this for the 48 hours drinking the cleanse and plenty of water. It didnt work. I felt more bloated once it was over. The taste was horrible. It stated you could mix it with watered down juice. No matter what you mix it with it was all horrible. So my recommendation to you would be to save your money and try something else.
